Ingredients
- 1½oz aged rum
- ¾oz fresh lime juice
- ¾oz simple syrup
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Prosecco
Place all the ingredients (except Prosecco) into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Top with chilled Prosecco.
