Tucked away in Galleria Plaza along the West Bay Road is Agua restaurant. Thanks to its culinary team, which hails from all four corners of the globe, the restaurant’s menu incorporates a wide range of international fare, from South American, European and Asian, ensuring diners an epicurean adventure each time they step through the doors.

Specialist Menus
The restaurant caters to a wide range of diets, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. Vegetarian’s can choose from a host of delicious salads, pastas, paellas and stir frys. Those on a gluten free diet can enjoy such epicurean delights as grilled lobster and shrimp, chicken satay and herb crusted rack of lamb.



Pasta! Pasta!
You can’t beat homemade pasta, and at Agua, pasta is made fresh every day.
The dough is made with eggs, semolina flour, white flour and salt. Enjoy fettuccine, spaghetti, ravioli, tortelli and many more!
Delicious homemade pasta dishes include ravioli stuffed with mascarpone potato sauce, shitake mushrooms and hearty lobster chunks, as well as seafood spaghetti made with clams, shrimp, mussels, squid and lobster in a white wine garlic sauce.





Glorious Ceviche
Ceviche is a signature dish at Agua. Made in the traditional Peruvian style using fresh fish, lime juice, red onion and cilantro, ceviche is sold by the spoon, allowing diners to mix and match the many different ceviches on offer.
